Our R&D Culture

    - Beaucoup de documentation ce qui permet un ramp-up en douceur


    - La situation de l'entreprise qui peut amener à se poser des questions (Fin des cookies, Covid 19, décroissance) malgré des annonces qui vont dans le bon sens, la situation reste quand même assez flou

    - Entretien téléphonique avec une RH pour discuter du parcours
    - Un test de 30 mins en ligne (Questionnaire très simple de code, avec des questions générales)
    - Un coding challenge en ligne. Un intervenant de Criteo vous demande de coder un exercice algorithmique et vous pose quelques questions sur votre exercice et les axes d'améliorations
    - Une journée entière d'entretiens techniques (2 exercice algorithmique, 1 exercice système, 1 exercice culture fit)

    Questions d'entretien d'embauche

    • Coding Challenge : Créer un algorithme qui permet de grouper des anagrammes entre eux, dans l'ordre d'apparition.
