Je travaille chez Dr Pepper Snapple Group à plein temps (Pendant plus de 5 ans)
Good people and good leadership at the executive level.
Strong pride in company brands.
Stable environment leads and consistent MIP payout
Flexible work from home benefits
Limited opportunity at the Director and above level. People tend to stay put once they reach that level.
Pay isn't very competitive
Some executive don't support the flex work from home benefits, so you can't use them.
Very male dominated. I wouldn't say it's purposeful, but somehow there a some departments that are all male, or that only have one woman.
Bad maternity benefits (70% of pay for 6 weeks, men can take paternity leave for 2 weeks at 100%, women don't have the option for any full paid leave)
Conseils à la direction
Enforce support of work/life balance benefits.
Reflect on lack of diversity
Review maternity benefits
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé une entrevue à Dr Pepper Snapple Group (Houston, TX (États-Unis)) en février 2018.
I applied online, about two days later I received an email inviting me to a digital interview. It was about 10 questions that was asked and you have to video record yourself answering the questions. You only get to rerecord once for each question. Once done you submit your answers and wait. About two weeks later I received a phone call and text message saying they wanted to moved forward with my application. Then I spoke with someone on the phone giving me all the job info and they asked a few more questions about work history. Last is background and drug screen.
