Takes time to build residuals, disparate internal systems, sales tool behind field needs, lack of investment in service team for new markets. Male dominated, antiquated ideology and bad behavior is tolerated if sales are high.

Don’t try to grow too quickly. Opening new markets requires investment and support. Service side cannot keep up. Create a more welcoming, diverse environment for women in management.

DEPPRESSING - recruiter that I spoke to from Texas was a very poor first impression of Insperity.. his lack of interest in his job is very evident and I can't help but worry if this is a culture issue at this company or what personal issues he is bringing to work with him. Either way there is a lack of coaching and feedback in this department which will ultimately lead to attracting bad candidates. I really just wanted to give him a hug to help him cheer up
