    J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Integrate (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en septembre 2019.

    Entretien

    I applied as I believed that I was applying and being interviewed by Integrate, but in reality, I was being interviewed by Akkroo and they are well known for a fundamental lack of values.
    I had a first stage interview with HR, just the normal phone thing that automatically passes you to the next stage.
    2nd stage is a video call with the manager. Again easy but it started to give me the idea that they are lost with the recent merge and they don't really know who they are and what they do.
    3nd stage was a presentation with HR, a manager and a senior person: now this came to show how lost they are. No clear idea of the questions they are asking, no one even took the time to read my CV and this is the last stage of interview.
    After this, I was informed that the manager didn't like my presentation (it was made with the Integrate colour scheme and he would prefer Akkroo's colour scheme) I was also informed that I shouldn't have chosen "trust" from their values and should instead choose "happiness" due to the nature of the Customer Success job.

    I wouldn't trust these guys to employ me!
