Je travaille chez Integrated Design Group à plein temps (Plus d'un an)
•There are lots of great people to work with.
•As long as you’re getting your work done they won’t micromanage too much.
•There’s a few very smart people you can learn from.
•Can be very chaotic. This can be with the jobs themselves or with the seemingly random decision of what jobs you work on.
•The majority of the work is data centers so it can get repetitive sometimes.

Repair the disconnect between engineering and the PMs
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé une entrevue à Integrated Design Group (Boston, MA (États-Unis)) en mars 2015.
I was contacted through email about an interview after turning in a resume and cover letter. The interview was with the head of HR and a principal. They both were very professional and accommodating (at the time, I was still at my former position so they arranged an early morning interview and were mindful that I had to be at work by 9 am). They asked me the standard questions. I had a feeling that they were more looking for someone who was going to be a good fit for the team dynamic and would get along with who they would be working closely with. Once I finished my interview, they sent me a formal offer letter via email a few hours later. I guess they liked me!
