    Highly competitive comms, leadership team, flexibility, entrepreneurial, a business that listens.

    Investigo have been nothing short of outstanding during COVID. A business that is beyond fair in comparison with their competitors. All decisions made have been to protect our staff. A business that consistently adapts and changes and most importantly listens. With a hugely impressive leadership team both in tenure and expertise the decisions made were bound to be nothing but well considered and accurate when you look at the team sheet.

    With new offices in our sight and an unbelievable return to work strategy the business will only continue to refine its approach to hunt for and hire the best.

    Investigo knows it isn’t perfect and won’t be at any point because it is always looking to achieve more and better. Please continue doing what you are.


    Very few ...... it is what you make of it at all levels. You have to be prepared to own your success and failures. Whether running a desk , team or division , your career is over to you. You’ll get as much support and feedback as you seek, but if it doesn’t work out for you, it’s not because of Investigo. Don’t come to Investigo not truly taking ownership for your career and success.

    For those that really own it, you don’t get much better in the contingent world.

    Aim high as we come out of COVID. Keep the focus on our proposition and let it run through our veins as a business. Be proud of wanting high performance and wanting our people to do well and earn some of the best salaries in the market. Keep the confidence around the journey we are looking to make!

    Continue to challenge our business areas in terms of their success versus their markets , success should be externally evaluated to really become the best. Internal comparison will only get us so far.

    Continue to engage with your Director community. They are very much still in the coalface and nothing short of desperate to grow outstanding teams. Encourage the SLT to engage with those outside of their own reporting line / legacy specialisms areas and therefore comfort zones. Be curious and involved.

    Other than that , continue to be amazing and expect the best. Keep listening and asking for feedback. If we are always looking to improve , we will continue to grow right ? Who doesn’t want to be part of a growing firm. I certainly do !!

    J'ai postulé via une recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien à Investigo (New York, NY (États-Unis)) en février 2020.


    I was referred by a friend, the recruiter reached out all friendly and what not at first. Then he set a time to chat with me over the phone. I waited for his call 5 minutes past our according time and didn’t hear from him. So I took the initiative to give him a ring to the number that was listed on his email. He picked up all confused about what this call was about and then he remembered he had an interview . At that point I knew this wasn’t going to be a place for me. Then we dive into my experience, how much I’m billing as an agency recruiter, and if I have done 360 desk. I could tell he was really interested in the call towards then because he kept saying “look here mate”.. on and one, he then said he will follow up with me but never did on any next steps. Even if this wasn’t the role for me, his communication skills were non existent.
