    Entretien

    Called up by Recruiter and scheduled an interview. Interview was done by an AVP in the company and it was fully technical. Included one problem solving and no behavioral.

    All the questions were to clarify the exceptional / negative scenarios (I don't think a programmer would ever face these or max once in a lifetime). Bad side of this approach, these are not going to help them evaluate the knowledge of an efficient candidate but a candidate who never worked on any of these technologies but did just gone through interview preparation just run through common interview questions and area surrounding those would be able to answer, collecting lot of bad apples into the company. In my case I just did a 4-5 hr preparation for this interview after 1 year of last interview.

    And the last I tried to follow up with recruiter which I never got any response.

    Looking at the culture and pattern I think I will never work for this company.

    1) Can a class be marked as private? - I said no since I never came across such a scenario and then he came up with sub classes where it is possible. 2) Can a constructor be marked as private. 3) What will happen internally if a table is created without primary key then added an index column. He wanted to know how the table would be sorted and will that be dependent on primary key.
