J'ai travaillé chez Liberty National Life en Contrat Permanent (Plus d'un an)
Team environment with polite and personable management team. Possible income is insane! Possibility for own your own franchise is possible long term.
Good work/life balance
Pyramid scheme. Make sure you have enough income in savings before taking the leap of faith. It is definitely worth it but no kidding when they give it at least 90 days employed to start seeing results. In fact, I recommend allowing yourself 1 year before start to "feel" renewal commissions and the "GREAT SO WORTH IT" feeling.
There is an unnecessary push for personal recruitment with an incentive rich in first 90 days as opposed to later in career - i.e. this is for a reason.
No benefits provided.
Use your own vehicle with tax (not company) write off for mileage and maintenance. (i.e. your issue to approach and figure out)
Front desk agent, sales agent, insurance agent = all the same job title in the end when starting out.
Be educated prior. Be prepared = Make a Career at Liberty National.
Conseils à la direction
They whole-heartedly know what is going on behind the scenes and on the front lines. The hills and valleys of sales and what is just part of business.
Very disappointed!!!HR called me to schedule interview,I told her I am not interested in any sales position,my resume clearly says administrator,so she explaind to me that for the position they are calling is very similar to costumer service,so my job is lot of paper work and I just have to explain some supplements to the costumer.OMG such a lie!!!!If HR is lying his employees my question is what kind of lies they use for the costumers??????They put me in the room with full of the people, without saying ok guys this will take an hour,if you have to be somewhere pls feel free to leave, well no,you sit there and you listen to the owner talking about how he could retire 2 times but he dont want,he loves his job, showing off with how much he makes and etc etc etc so lets make short your job is to go to people houses and sell insurance,u have to pass state exam for license, of course you pay for that, your car, gass, lap top so what do they provide???I am just so upset that HR was so unprofessional and they wasted my time!!!
