    I worked at McMillan for a few years and was always treated well, fairly. Sadly, I was let go during a restructuring which was caused by a downturn in business. That being said, life goes on and I have some solid work in my portfolio and enjoyed my time there working with a lot of super talented people. Ended too soon for me!


    Just miss the great folks I worked with there.

    J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris +3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien à McMillan (Ottawa, ON (Canada)) en février 2018.


    Panel interview with your potential manager and director at the office. There were two in-person interviews. The first interview included challenging and comprehensive questions. The nature of the job available was thoroughly explained. I brought in my portfolio and had a chance to show it and discuss at length. Lots of question and answer time in the end. Relaxed environment but questions were appropriately challenging. The first interview took around 1 hour and 20 minutes. The second interview was about logistics and timing and took around 40 minutes.
