J'ai travaillé chez Nerium International en Contrat Permanent (Plus d'un an)
The work environment was good. There was no sense of office politics until about a year to 2 years ago. I would definitely give Nerium from 2 years ago 5 stars. Going to work was something you looked forward to. And it showed in the company performance as well.
New recruits at chief level involve heavily in favoritism and this causes distrust among employees. Going to work felt like it - work. It was always difficult to have to support ideas that were not going to yield results just for the sake of the respective favorites and the respective chief officer supporting them. Capable employees were either quitting or being let go.
Conseils à la direction
It is clear since when the work culture at Nerium changed and what major changes occurred then that performance changed. Rectifying those changes would definitely bring goodwill to the existing employees. The management that has been at Nerium from 2 years ago, and are still there, are very capable and can definitely set the company to succeed.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé une entrevue à Nerium International (Dallas, TX (États-Unis)).
I had an interview for a corporate position at Nerium's Dallas headquarters. The two people that interviewed me didn't seem to know what they wanted for the open position; the job duties had changed since they put the job ad online. It was a good interview, but after telling me how great I was and how my qualifications were a great match for what they wanted, I sent my thank-you emails and never heard a word back from them. Ever.
it's fine if they decided they didn't want to hire me, but I found it somewhat rude that I never heard a peep out of them after spending more than an hour at the interview.
