Je travaille chez Newton Europe à plein temps (Pendant plus de 3 ans)
Autonomy from day 1, fun, opportunities and expectations for development and growth, and working with incredibly smart people
Being away from home Monday-Friday, the travel and lifestyle doesn't suit everyone
Had a phone interview with HR Chief which was fine. Was asked to attend assessment day where I had to listen to the employees' rhetoric about how good Newton is...that's why I'm applying! Then did paper tests and team group activities which were fine. Was told I did exceptionally well and got through to the afternoon. The afternoon was appallingly organised. I had a face to face and then a case study to do with a consultant. The face to face was bizarre with the consultant asking about my personal life and nothing on my competence. I get that Newton want people whose life is more than just the job but to focus purely on personal life was just weird. The case with the consultant again was appallingly organised to the point where they had neither a consultant to do the case with me nor a room to do it in. This is what happens when you have no one with any authority in charge. The feedback from the day was helpful...
