Invest to grow - compared to other firms, the investment to develop new accounts and break open new doors is poor. There is massive potential out there but you have to fight harder to get access.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé une entrevue à PA Consulting Group (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en août 2017.
Initial informal chat with HR followed by an assessment day, consisting of a one-on-one case study, an interview and a group exercise.
The case study was fun to take part in and they had sent the information through before the actual day, so it was fairly easy to talk through and expand upon.
The individual interview was slightly strange as the interviewer talked more about the team's working behaviour, rather than asking questions about my experience etc. When questions were asked, they were unclear and asked in a flippant and uninterested manner. "I have to ask you x now". Also got candidate information mixed up.
Group exercise was pretty hard with some tough on-the-spot questions, digging into what we had missed etc.
People seem friendly and laid-back, and there seems to be some really interesting projects going on.
I was struck by the lack of women on the interviewing side and throughout the organisation.
