J'ai travaillé chez QuikTrip à temps partiel
QuikTrip wages are better than wages at comparable jobs such as RaceTrac or other convenience/retail jobs. QuikTrip gives what are defacto raises every 6 months for the first 2 years as a part-time clerk. The raises come in the form of an increase in your bonus or an increase in your actual hourly wage. QuikTrip offers many opportunities for advancement if you want it. You will have 1-on-1 meetings with your store manager where you will discuss your work as an employee and you can express your interest on becoming an assistant manager if you choose to. The job is not difficult, but you will be on your feet throughout the whole shift. The part-time clerks are great and so is the majority of management.
There are truly no big cons to working for QuikTrip. Compared to similar jobs, QuikTrip is the best employer. One small downside is that you will likely work holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas since QuikTrip never closes.
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris +1 semaine. J'ai passé une entrevue à QuikTrip (New York, NY (États-Unis)) en mars 2018.
First I filled out a application online then they called me the next day to came in for a math test. I guest I passed because the told me to come back that same week for a interview. I had to fill out a stack of papers and it took 1hr 30min to actually get interviewed. I thought it went well I got a cool lady that was easy to talk to I wasn’t nervous at all. She gave me a paper sayin that they would call back to give me orientation info or they would email me telling me I didn’t get the job . They ended up mailing me a letter sayin I didn’t get the job. 😬
