    Straight forward and seamless. The first one was conducted with just the Operations Manager. The second one was conducted with the Operations Manager, HR Manager, and General Manager of the BU. My criticism was, from start to finish, it took about a month and a half from first call back to first day of work; the process was slower then expected. Over though one of the best interviews I've been on; managerial staff was down to earth and respectful.
