Je travaille chez Royal London à plein temps (Pendant plus de 3 ans)
Challenging, enjoyable work, surrounded by good people. Trusted to do my job and not micromanaged.
Good work life balance. They take care of their employees. Good benefits package on top of Basic Salary.
Down to earth managers, those a number of levels up are approachable and not aloof.
Nice grounds and office. Onsite gym, facilities for cyclists.
Company's currently in a good growth phase.
Usual big company stuff. Bureaucracy, slow pace, old technologies.
Instigating change is difficult, need to be persistent, smart and sometimes a rule breaker to get it done.
Conseils à la direction
As the company grows look out for those taking on a disproportionate amount of the workload.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé une entrevue à Royal London (Édimbourg, Écosse (Royaume-Uni)) en octobre 2017.
There was 4 parts, introduction, group discussion, 121 telephone role play and competence based questions , which there were quite a few and there were no uestiobs to ask why I would like to change from what Ian doing at the moment to a customer serivce consultant ☹️
