A brilliant company to be a part of. I personally have progressed from a Part-Time Service assistant to Customer Service Supervisor and now Assistant Store Manager in a short period of time. Training given is fantastic and I have two recognised quals as a result. Great working environment with a family feel even being a rapidly growing company.
Pay can be a bit low compared to other employers in similar sector but it's not all about money.

Keep doing what you're doing. Investment in systems is good, Investment in staff is good and the attitude is great.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6+ semaines. J'ai passé une entrevue à Screwfix (Stevenage, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)).
Applied online, the took two weeks to reply. Was just a quick call to arrange an interview no telephone interview. The interview went exceptionally well and didn't feel intimidated.
They made it out they were going to call me back by the end of the day. Took photocopies of both passport and national insurance card. Odd as they didn't offer me the job and wanted my time and preparation and didn't actually need my private information.
Anyway no call or reply even called up the bran h was told the manager would call back but he never did!
