    Great frontline staff that wants strong leadership.

    Inconvénients

    Hiring managers that lack desk world operations and leadership experience. We do not need consultants we need experienced operators. Executive leadership keeps hiring people who cannot lead,

    Conseils à la direction

    We need someone who has gotten their hands dirty and will jump in when needed. Stop putting people and hiring people with no experience. We are not inspired by the current leaders.

    J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Spin.

    Entretien

    Started with a phone screening with one of the recruiters, a take home test, then an onsite interview.

    The entire interview process was enjoyable and quick. My main huge negative was during the onsite interview. My last interview with the Recruiting Manager was extremely unenjoyable. She was dry, had and seemed bored and uninterested the entire interview from beginning to end. It was also obvious to me that she either did not review my resume, or just skimmed over it right before the interview. The first question she asked was for me to go over my work history 1 by 1, and tell her what I did at these jobs (which were jobs in Recruiting Coordination). The problem with this question is you can find all of this information on my resume! The way she asked her questions was extremely unclear and unorganized also. I do not think she prepared for the interview at all.
