The new(er) management seems to be floundering with deciding what the strategy is and where it's going (I assume they had fantastic interview technique). This has trickled down to team members not sure where they will (or won't) fit into the future of the company. The new leadership does not make any attempt to engage with experienced workers.
There has been a constant brain drain for the last few years. Many of the best and brightest have moved on, or are looking.

first was a face to face interview asking the usual questions this was then followed by a maths and english test nothing very hard after this it was an interaction sampling session to determine customer service skills
