Je travaille chez Travelers à plein temps (Pendant plus de 3 ans)
Travelers really is an old-fashioned company that treats its customers and its employees right. They're a supportive, inclusive, positive environment and I honestly hope to retire here.
We value integrity, hard work, and positive intent. People who don't share those values will find that the corporate culture is not a good fit.
Conseils à la direction
PLEASE go the route of other employers in the downtown core and sponsor free or very cheap bus passes. The payroll deduction option is nice, but my husband's employer provides their bus passes for just $8 a month and other employers provide them for free. As far as employee benefits go, this would be a super cheap and easy way to ease the strain of parking and make Travelers more appealing as a company to Millennial candidates.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé une entrevue à Travelers (Hartford, CT (États-Unis)) en mai 2014.
I applied online and had a phone screen within a week. The "talent acquisition rep" and I stayed in touch via email after I took an online test/screen but it was almost 4 weeks before I was contacted for an in-person interview. I interviewed 1:1 with 6 people in succession over 2 hours. I was ultimately offered the job about a week and a half later, and started about 2 weeks after that.
Questions d'entretien d'embauche
I was able to negotiate but my offer was so amazing that I did not need to negotiate anything.
