Extremely nice, helpful and savvy people that get more done with less people and meetings than the norm

Since joining WhiteHat I seem to like it even more each day. I have been able to meet some great people and see organic collaboration on a daily basis. Full disclosure: I am a recruiter which I believe adds to the credibility of my review, not negates it. Why? Because morally I have a very hard time talking to candidates about leaving their current employment or not entertaining competing offers if I didn't believe in the company or its leadership. If I can help anyone come to WhiteHat and be half as happy as I am then that was a success. If you want to say “Goodbye!” to the Sunday Night Blues this may be the place for you.

Entretien
The office is a little hard to find so if you have a interview you might want to try and leave 20 mins early then normal interviews. I was interviewed by 3 guys wearing cagro shorts and sandals and wearing tank tops or plaid shirts(Unprofessional). When I first walked in I saw at least 10-15 guys laying around on the floor or sitting against the wall on laptops(unprofessional) and at tht moment I knew that was not going to be a place for me to work and grow.

- They give you a list of things to study for which was very helpful, the thing that might catch someone off guard is doin the Interview they ask you to Code something and its picked randomly. 2 Réponses
