Je travaille chez Wiggle à plein temps
The employees want to help each other.
The company has made large acquisitions but does not know what to do with them. No work has been done on culture between the larger group so the integration has not landed. There is no direction and forward momentum and the hard work is not recognized as there is no progress on horrifically low pay. The place is leaking talented people because they do not care for them and it will get worse.
The HR team are useless, in one case they sanctioned an employee and but refused to tell them why, if that ever got to a tribunal they would be dead in the water.
Conseils à la direction
Invest in your staff promote from with in, train people develop them and show then care and respect.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé une entrevue à Wiggle (Wolverhampton, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en juillet 2017.
Very long process for a Warehouse Asociate role. 3 Interviews in total, an easy test and an assessment. Started with a phone interview (passed), a face to face interview + easy 3rd grader test (passed), an assessment (passed) and another face 2 face interview (failed). You would expect a person with experience in roles starting from warehouse operative, lead, instructor, with an university degree would get a warehouse asociate job (can't go any lower), but was rejected because I don't have the "Wiggle character". That is the only feedback I got. Was congratulated for my experience and knowledge, but not a Wiggle... People that can barely count get jobs like that. Shocked... honestly!
