Paid benefits, flexible work hours, caring employees. An executive team like none I ever met or seen before. Executive team takes the time to meet and talk to all of the employees. They genuinely want to receive feedback on how to improve the company and make it better for all employees.
Nepotism. <=> Under qualified mangers/leaders in key some key positions. Hard work and personal sacrifice not always recognized or rewarded. Culture being used is negative ways to impeded positive progress.

Relaxed, but straightforward. Had a ohone interview with HR and then a 1:1 interview with HR. Then had 2 interviews for 2 different positions with multiple Material Operations Managers. Over all is was good. A little disorganized once it got beyond the HR side, but a good experience overall.
