    J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à eviCore healthcare (Boston, MA (États-Unis)).

    Entretien

    I had a phone screen with the HR rep and then a phone screen with the hiring manager. The hiring manager gave me a really positive vibe though the role he was describing was not the same as the listing. He asked me when I could start and quoted a potential salary so it felt very promising. I then went for an in person interview and everyone I met with was very nice and I again felt like things were going well. However a few days later I was told I did not get the job. The reason I was given was experience level they were looking for someone more senior than me. Experience level should be screened out by HR not after two phone screens and an in person interview. I even asked in my interview if there was anything that they were looking for that I did not have and was told no. Clearly I was either lied to or people were not on the same page as to what the role was supposed to be. Either way seems like I dodged a bullet.
