Our company is on the hunt for a Controller who can take charge of our accounting processes, financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and operational support. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will assisting the General Manager with the financial affairs of the Customer Service Center (CSC) This includes preparing and analyzing monthly Profit and Loss (P&L), customer profitability reports, budgets and interim forecasts.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Prepare and analyze monthly Profit and Loss (P&L), customer profitability reports, budgets and interim forecasts which includes monitoring daily performance, analyzing operating results and making recommendations that will optimize facility profitability
• Drive working capital management with operations, purchasing, and sales
• Responsible for the complete and accurate customer accounting and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain effective internal audit process which ensure unit compliance to accounting policies and procedures
• Develop and ensure robust inventory process and reporting
• Responsible for identifying cost and revenue opportunities which will support achievement of CSC financial goals
• Review labor, material costs, overhead, returns, and inventory
• Drive financial accountability in all functions in a kitchen from material cost to departmental cost
• Participate in leadership meetings and establish strong relationships
• Maintain compliance with government agencies
• Act as the point of contact for external auditors
• Maintain internal books and finances Analyze financial transactions

What you Bring as a Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5 - 10 years of related experience
• Experience in manufacturing accounting, cost management, and reporting
• Proficiency in PC spreadsheets and ERP/MRP systems
• MBA or CPA certification preferred
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
