Order Ticketing is at the heart of the reservation and booking process of the travel. It represents the contact between the traveler and the airlines. It enables the interactions with the airport with the link to departure control system. It covers all the life cycle of the traveler's journey post booking until he or she arrives at his/her destination, and even beyond if needed for changing date and time of travel, cancel, refund, exchange and more. It also enables Markets and Airlines to perform proper Revenue Accounting, or Business Intelligence with dedicated offline reports and online feeds with modern formats embracing the Open data Model of the Industry. Finally, it paves the way before the transition of the whole industry to the Open Order.

We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to perform quality audits & validation along delivery cycle, namely review delivery teams solutions/ specifications, as well as design, implement (automate), maintain and monitor/ report functional and regression test scenarios.
Maturity activities are also tackled to implement feedback loops from production materialized issues, as well as measure global QA efficiency and propose innovative tooling and strategies adapted to each areas specificities.
QA is embedded within Scrum/ Kanban entities together with business analysis/ Developer.
Works autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies, takes standard decisions and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature.
Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles or manager, with regular monitoring on the status of the assignments.
May have specialized formal education or the equivalent work experience and has the required technical and functional skills and basic knowledge of the business.
Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.
Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
University degree, engineer school graduation, or equivalent work experience
