The company doesn’t seem to care about the well-being of its employees. It's disappointing to work somewhere where you feel like you're not valued or supported beyond your paycheck. For a company of this size, you'd expect at least some basic benefits, but sadly, that’s not the case here.
Inconvénients
I would not recommend working here. The company has no clear rules or policies in place, which results in a very disorganized and unprofessional work environment. There’s no consistency in how things are done, and employees are left to figure things out without any guidance. Management doesn’t provide clear direction, and accountability is nonexistent. It’s difficult to work in such an unstructured environment, and it feels like there's no real plan or support for employees.
Great teammates, hard to say nice stuff about them
Inconvénients
Recognition, management, CEO, salary, no advantage like most of companies in Luxembourg ( meal vouchers, pension scheme…) . Extra hours are not paid. Hard to get trust if you’re not russian, btw non Russian are more likely to be fired than Russians . Btw Russian company despite they claim to be from Luxembourg and hire preferably Russians. Can believe ADEM don’t see the fraud here.
