      The onboarding experience at Blockchain is truly exceptional. The entire process was seamlessly organized, clear, and efficient, ensuring I had access to all necessary tools and training sessions immediately upon starting. I greatly appreciated being quickly paired with a knowledgeable mentor who provided excellent guidance and immediate support during the initial week

      Avantages

      Peaceful and positive work environment, with genuinely good people. The company is very open to and supportive of professional development. Managers are truly good leaders, they are approachable, competent, understanding and encouraging. The culture is inclusive, and diversity is valued and respected across the organization. I feel very lucky to be working here.

      Inconvénients

      The remote and in-office work policy could be defined with clearer guidelines.

      Office perks, friendly people, recent reorg has brought improvements.

      Inconvénients

      Speed of delivery is still the main expectation, often at the expense of quality (at least historically but improvements have been made). Reorgs and turnover at management level.
