Avantages
After one month at C3.ai, I’m genuinely impressed by the company. The people are extremely strong — both technically and commercially — and there is a clear sense of purpose around delivering real business impact with AI. The culture strikes a great balance between ambition and pragmatism: very high standards, but also supportive, collaborative, and focused on execution. What I appreciate most is the emphasis on value creation for customers. AI is not treated as a buzzword here — it’s a serious transformation tool, applied to real industrial challenges (energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, aerospace, etc.). Onboarding has been well structured, and there is real access to leadership, product, and domain experts.
Inconvénients
The pace is demanding, and expectations are high — which may not suit everyone. The learning curve is steep, but for me that’s part of the appeal.
