We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We agree that there is plenty of opportunity to positively impact our product as well as team process here at Diligent. As we continue to grow, we are so glad to have enthusiastic and motivated employees who actively engage in improving our products and processes. The feedback and input of our team members is extremely valuable, which is why we recently launched our yearly Organizational Health Index survey as well as our internal Net Promotor Score survey. We want to hear directly from our team on how we can improve and continue to make Diligent a more successful and enjoyable place to work and grow.
With regards to domain knowledge basics, we have been making significant investments in onboarding, training and enablement at all levels over the past year, as it’s important that all our team members are set up for success — especially as we grow our leadership position in the GRC space. Sharing customer use cases is a great idea to help build awareness and we’ll look to include those in our Town Halls.
