      Avantages

      - If you're starting off as a new personal trainer you will definitely be given the tools needed to improve your programming and client outreach. - Their continued education program is quite interesting and allows you to create better programs for your clients. - The managers I had were quite kind and understanding.

      Inconvénients

      If sales is not a big interest of yours it is difficult to move up. Building a client base requires a lot of cold calling and sales pitching. Until you have a certain amount of clients you are required to work extra hours, where you walk around the gym and clean the equipment. Hours tend to be very early and end very late, and the pay for the first year is quite low .
