Avantages
I have seen some unfair reviews here on Glassdoor about CT and I will try to leave in this review the most objective description of the situation.
The Interview and Hire process :
After filling out my description on Clever Hire I was contacted quickly after by Human Ressources. They set up a video call with me to discuss and the CEO, Kuty, even took the time to be a part of it and ask me questions. Having a 100+ employees, it is great to be able to directly ask your questions to the head of the company. Everything about the position was described clearly to me, including vacations, pay, etc..
Again, everything was clear. You can be unhappy with the terms and refuse the job but accepting it and complaining is ridiculous.
The First Week :
I was introduced with everyone, with the my specific department also. I was immediately assigned to a project and had complete freedom of action. Nobody is monitoring me every single minute, people are encouraging me to share.
My First vacation :
I ask for my first PTO day (Paid Time Off) and it was approved 3 hours after making the request by the CEO himself. Perfect.
Others :
They organize every friday very interesting meetings (We had someone from Stripe coming to give us some great knowledge).
The Project Managers understands the complexity of problem solving and will always allow more time if you need to. While dealing with an emergency I have never been pressured to finish faster.
Inconvénients
After talking with everyone, people are enjoying Clever Tech and even if you might not work there for 10 years, it is a good place to grow and create cool stuff. I could not find any problem so far.
