Perspective commerciale
Avantages
A lot of flexibility in the way of working (can be fully remote) and the 4 days work week which is a good perk. Also, the hardware is top class with a good laptop and phone. Very global with a wide range of nationalities/background.
Inconvénients
A yes man company. Management hires former colleagues / friends and make it impossible for people who try to challenge their decision. We had a lot of money from VC and from there we went completely out of control. Former team based in Germany (who built the company) has been completely disregarded (using the “what took us here will not take us there” sentence).
