There have been a couple very positive elements in my experience so far. For starters, the hiring process went very smoothly. The recruiter I got in touch with was very professional, friendly and reactive to my emails. The steps were clear, and the whole process went rather swiftly (one week). The onboarding is very well-thought-out. Enough time is taken for new employees to be properly trained and generally feel confident in their role. Having worked here for more than a month now, I can say that the team at Optimy is full of diverse and open-minded colleagues (super international crowd). The company culture is rather inclusive and open-minded, and the 'scale up' format means there is space to be heard and room for growth. Overall, a good place to work!
