      SW was facing a lot of difficulties to keep Sales people due to the very high target. Management was satisfied when salespeople were reaching at least 50% of their target.

      Inconvénients

      Company not stable, firing employees every 6 months, management not listening to their employees, there is no communication ! Had impression that I was working in 90’s.
