Avantages
- Working for prestigious client Pilatus. - Great colleagues at Pilatus
Inconvénients
- Absolutely no benefit of working for TXT compared to working for the client. - Extremely poor salary and compensation package. This is probably the lowest engineer salary that one can find in Switzerland. - Minimum annual leave (4 weeks). - Extremely high turnover, many employees stay for less than 6 months. - Very low support from the company.
