      You will not get paid according to your contribution, first pay negotiation is crucial, even if you do miracles after, they don't increase you

      One of the benifits I would say currently is work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is getting bad to worst in Turing. No Pay upgrade even when they expect to add more responsibilities. In Delivery Lead position going Fulltime is a mandate sometimes and you cant opt out (mostly with a lesser salary than freelancing
