      Avantages

      - Fully from-home working option - Great people, great onboarding - Many events - You feel like part of the team even if you never met each other - Interesting tasks - Great work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      Based in France, the only disadvantage is the wage. It is not normal that I earn the same salary as a cashier... Way not enough to have a decent life, especially when I had to study many years to get such a job.

      Very low salary, regular lay off, you're never safe

      good teams, that's the only pro I see

      Inconvénients

      If you are looking for safety, don't apply. They regularly fire a bunch of people at the same time and without any previous sign. They tell you during months and weeks that everything is going well with you, that it was the last time they had to fire, and suddenly you are next. The salary they offer you is also super low, they ask for degrees and experience but then they pay you as if you had none of that. You literally would make more money working in retail or as a cashier. Their values is about trust, but you can never trust them back.
