I have never worked anywhere with as much office politics. Internal fighting between staff - the senior developers are always keen to say 'I told you so'. There is little training offered and the MD is the type who would rather email you rather than walk 5 meters to speak to you. I experienced back stabbing and a culture of talking behind others backs from top to bottom, which I found hurtful and upsetting.
