Avantages
None, unless you consider paying out of your paycheck for parking at the building THEY chose to be in as a pro.
Inconvénients
-Micromanagement is absurd. -You are set up to fail and receive no training except for a few minutes explaining things, and then you're supposed to know everything. -Managers yell at people and roll their eyes when people ask questions AFTER they tell people to ask questions. -Managers waltz around bragging about themselves all day and complaining about how hard their reports are to complete. -Managers are threatened by anyone with new ideas and hate anyone who tries to make improvements or suggestions. -Bullying, harassment and discrimination take place every day, and HR defends that behavior. -No one knows anything. Everyone is clueless about most things when you ask questions. -Files and computer systems are antiquated, require redundant data entry and are a complete mess. (Papers everywhere!) File room is so stuffed full that you cannot get your fingers in between the files. -You are given a ridiculous amount of work that you have no way of completing in your shift. -There is no transparency. -Bullying, harassment, hatefulness, conceit, corporate greed and egomania in managers are their true Core Values. -They are very disorganized. -Bosses only say negative things about employees. It is obvious that managers are encouraged to bully and threaten employees at 1st Source. That is the company culture. -If you dare complain about any of this, you will be ostracized, and HR will gaslight you and victim blame. (Again, the whole company is extremely crooked. including HR.) -Very old-fashioned and stagnant thinking. No desire to implement anything new that would help the business or the employees. -Always hear upper management talking about "cutting budget." Very cheap company that acts like they're doing employees a favor just by existing, when in actuality they pay peanuts for the amount of work employees do. -One boss is retiring, and her team of five is supposed to "take over her managerial duties" with no additional pay because 1st Source Bank is too cheap to hire a new manager. (Remember, cutting budget is of utmost importance!) -You have to work most federal holidays, even when the Reserve is closed. -Very low pay for what you do and the amount of stress. Supervisors throw employees under the bus and don't advocate for them. -You will never get a raise. -There is a reason they do not list the salary on their job postings. It's because the pay is trash! -DO NOT APPLY HERE. You will regret it. I tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague.
