      Avantages

      Amazing people, I am happy working with, they are all very committed and nice to work with

      Inconvénients

      Everybody is unhappy. Everything is slow and old fashion, takes days to get approvals and everything has to be printed and filed. papers all over the place it's annoying especially as nowadays it is easy to store on share drives. Company keeps making profits but they are not looking after their employees. No benefits at all and they expect you to make crazy hours. Management doesn't care about employees

      Avantages

      Great community, engaging and wide ranging work, access to any work you might be interested in, good pay and opportunities, management is very easy to get along with and leads by example.

      Inconvénients

      Work is somewhat repetitive and focused on materials development mostly. Also was there during a lay off wave.
