Avantages
Interviewing with 3G is very unique and such an enjoyable experience. Instead of answering a bunch of questions about a situation and studying for days to prepare, 3G allows you to meet an array of people from different debarments to get a feel for the company of who they are and if you would mesh with joining the team. For me, I enjoyed this part because when I started, I felt like I already knew half the team and there was a sense of comfortability. Working at 3G has been a breath of fresh air and I would recommend this company to anyone who is wanting to have a close knit team with a wide range of knowledge.
Inconvénients
Software is a tricky slope for many people, so learning the ends and outs of it can take some time and be frustrating at times.
