      Avantages

      Not good. So I started the middle of October 2025 and quit by the end of month. The problem with this place is there is no proper direction due to staffing issues. If you work nights as a commercial cleaner you will be trained by a complete (*** hole. ) The work is unbearable. The work work you will be doing is just unhuman. Take my advice are you will be sorry. Today I quit because it was way to much mentally.

      Inconvénients

      Place is horrible. Very very very bad management.

      Avantages

      I love my boss. She looks out for me and fellow employees. You can earn an honest living.

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of fellow employees can hack it or stick around.

      – Retaliatory behavior from management – Unprofessional communication – Blame placed on employees for equipment issues – Stressful environment created by leadership – No consistency or support
