Avantages
Literally none, I want to be unbiased and not give a disgruntled review but I seriously cannot think of one positive thing. It’s a paycheck for your family.
Inconvénients
Company is selling. Zero sales culture. Leadership hates sales, sales people, they do not see the value in a sales team they are just building one to sell the company. The “OTE” is misleading based on margins. Cold call more, strategize less, eat sleep and breath the company or else but they’ll fire you/threaten your job even if you try! Feedback (even genuine suggestions) are shut down, you’ll get a write up for bad attitude. Leadership on power trip and I think they have fun firing sales people for their ego? You’ll be the highest price by 200% sometimes and the quality of service is horrible, accounts will quit after you promised the world. A textbook role where you are just a line item to the company they don’t even try to be nice. They will PIP any missed quota/bad attitude/missed KPI, no severance … 2 weeks at best.
