      Great general manager and hr and social events if interested

      Inconvénients

      Unmanageable work load, untrained line management, no training when started, found this job effected my mental health very negatively

      Avantages

      7Formation has given me a place to grow into many different job roles within the 7 years of being here. It is a fast paced company where everyone is keen and committed. Management are available to help with issues as they arise and it is a collaborative effort to achieve the common goals. As well as working there is a great social aspect at 7formation with a lot of the team being firm friends and great social events that everyone is keen to get involved in. I am excited to see where the company continues to go!

      Any issues are resolved and dealt with proactively and effectively.
