      None really! You get licensed that’s it

      Inconvénients

      Too many to list! Pay and commission structure sucks! They hire inexperienced people. Zone managers are not honest

      Avantages

      Great company. Lot's of advancement opportunities. SALES people can earn money here - order takers maybe not a lot.

      Inconvénients

      Expectations are high but with expectations comes $$ opportunities. I worked at another agency (like highway but starts with a FREE...) and expecations were also high but money wasnt there and I got tired of the president yelling at me,

      Avantages

      Essentially what every job has: lunch and full time job.

      Inconvénients

      No growth, no PTO, no 401K, no sick days and no maternity/paternity leave. Very micromanaged to the point it is overwhelming.
