      Managers care about the employees and their well being. They promote work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Needs more organization and structure. Retail stores work very long hours.

      Avantages

      Great company. Lot's of advancement opportunities. SALES people can earn money here - order takers maybe not a lot.

      Inconvénients

      Expectations are high but with expectations comes $$ opportunities. I worked at another agency (like highway but starts with a FREE...) and expecations were also high but money wasnt there and I got tired of the president yelling at me,

      Avantages

      Essentially what every job has: lunch and full time job.

      Inconvénients

      No growth, no PTO, no 401K, no sick days and no maternity/paternity leave. Very micromanaged to the point it is overwhelming.
