In the last year we added vision and dental insurance as well as a 401K plan. Staff are always well informed about the upcoming additions. Any changes and updates to policies are announced and discussed with staff in advance of implementation. Exempt, salaried employees are contracted at a minimum of 40 hours a week or until the job has been completed.
