They sure do care about parents. They are also loyal to teacher:student ratio. I'd like to say "if you have a cool boss, then you're cool," but the center director can only do so much under strict upper management--and upper management does not mess around.

They definitely care about what the parents think, meaning that if the parents don't like a staff member, it's very easy for the staff member to be fired. Sometimes there is no investigation in the matter--it's just an immediate firing.

Competitive pay is all the pros this place gets.

Dirty. Understaffed. Untrained. Owner is CHEAP. UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT. Zero curriculum. It's a giant babysitter. If you value the safety of your kids, understand the importance of early education and love your children. DO NOT PUT THEM IN THIS PLACE!
