Unnecessary protocol for regional offices to report to Head office. Emails keep going back and forth for weeks before necessary action is taken. HR dept is not responsive to employee requests and needs. Odd hours. No incentives for over time. National holidays are avoided. One is forced to work for a different profile (event production) when hired for sales. No answers are given when asked. And most importantly threats to employees to block salaries until further notice because senior management is not impressed with the work done.
