Avantages
-Company was fairly small so everyone gets to know each other really well. -Your voice was easily heard, because, the company was fairly small!
Inconvénients
-Company was small... only about 20 employees including warehouse workers. -Product had no unique features, pricing was unattractive, hard to compete with other MB manufacturers. -Upper management was extremely incompetent, self-minded, chance of getting promoted was nearly zero.
